Darlene is an Expressive Arts Therapist and BodyMind Facilitator.
Her gift is her ability to translate the body's messages for the mind. Darlene achieves this with her clients through the use of art, movement, music, hands-on Bodywork and Breathwork, energy release work, and dance to allow the unconscious mind to express and make known to the conscious mind what has been unexpressed and hidden.
Darlene is available for individual or group counselling sessions. She is particularly passionate about supporting young women, mothers and any clients with medical traumas work through issues to resolution.
